Motorola RLN4761A is a right medium open ear insert or semi custom ear mold.

Flexible open ear inserts or semi-custom earmolds are made from hypoallergenic plastic that is ultra-flexible to conform with the shape of a user's ear. This makes them more comfortable than silicone earbuds and allows users to hear ambient background noises. Flexible open ear inserts will work with any barbed coiled acoustical tube. Simply remove the standard rubber ear tip and press the flexible open ear to insert onto the plastic elbow barbed fitting of a coiled acoustical tube.

This is by far the best ear insert I have ever used. My radio traffic comes in loud and clear, and the insert doesn't give me that annoying feeling of a plugged-up ear like a lot of other ear inserts. You can still hear outside noise which is essential to stay alert to possible threats. With other inserts, I found myself constantly adjusting the insert throughout my shift because it would start to bug me. With this insert, it goes in at the beginning of the shift and I don't take it out till I go off-duty. Excellent product!
