The only reason for 4 stars was because I had to go to the post office to retrieve my package and I had to pay the post office an additional $1.50 for shipping for them to release the package to me. They said that the shipping label that you created was for an envelope and you shipped it in a box so the shipping price was higher for it being in a box. The $1.50 wasn’t a problem and driving to the post office wasn’t a major issue, but just wanted the company to be aware of the mistake.

You can fill out a return form on our shipping and returns page. All products must be returned in original condition (with all pieces), and contain all manufacturer packaging and tags.
If an item proves to be defective within the 30-day return policy or is shipped incorrectly, we will be more than happy to cover the return shipping to have the item replaced or credited to you. Refunds

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Waveband Communications INC, 1912 Liberty Road Unit 14, Eldersburg MD 21784, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
